Logicor, an owner and operator of logistics facilities in Europe, announced that it has agreed to lease two UK distribution warehouses totalling 562,000 sq ft to Amazon. The 10-year leases are for GT257, a 257,855 sq ft warehouse in Bardon, Leicestershire, and Logic305, a 304,751 sq ft warehouse in Weybridge, Surrey. Amazon plans to incorporate both logistics warehouses into their UK distribution.

Both Bardon and Weybridge provide excellent strategic access to a high proportion of the UK population. These leases also strengthen our existing relationship with Amazon in the UK and Europe.”
The cross-docked Bardon warehouse, GT257, is located at Interlink Business Park close to J22 of the M1 and in the Midlands Golden Triangle, one of the UK’s main distribution locations. The Weybridge warehouse, Logic305, is located on the Brooklands Industrial Estate, near J10/11 of the M25 and 15 miles from Heathrow airport.
