Allport Cargo Services has announced plans to expand its presence in Europe with the opening of ACS Belgium.
The company has confirmed that Victor Wever will head up the new Belgium office as Managing Director, following his successful establishment of Allport Cargo Services Netherlands in 2012.
Charles McGurin, Chief Executive Officer, at Allport Cargo Services said, “We have had representatives in Belgium for many years but as our business model has matured, we felt it was the right time to formalize an official presence in the country. “
“Located at the centre of important European trade routes, Belgium holds great appeal and promise as ACS enters an exciting phase of international expansion. It will enhance our service offering in the region and marks a significant investment in future of the global network,” he added.
