GLP announces new leases totalling 61,000 sq m in China


Global Logistic Properties Limited (GLP) announced that it has signed new lease agreements totalling 61,000 sq m with four customers, including three third-party logistics companies and one e-commerce company, in China. All of them are multi-location customers of GLP and are utilizing the facilities to serve domestic consumption.

Kent Yang, President of GLP China said, “We are delighted to strengthen our collaboration with these customers. We continue to see strong expansion demand for GLP’s modern logistics facilities from e-commerce and 3PL industries in multiple locations.
