Aramex announced that it has formed a partnership with Al Ansari Exchange, a UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, to launch Aramex Express Box.
Aramex Express Box is an automated kiosk that facilitates international and domestic express shipments for Aramex customers with boxes placed at selected Al Ansari Exchange branches around the UAE. Customers will be able to easily prepare their packages and drop them in the secure kiosks at times and places fitting their schedules. The service will also enable customers to track their shipment with instant SMS mobile updates and around the clock support via the Aramex helpline, keeping customers informed and reassured on delivery progress.
Hussein Wehbe, UAE Country Manager at Aramex commented, “Aramex Express Boxes will offer extended service times, more UAE locations in addition to our existing 14 outlets, as well as different payment options including credit and debit card transactions.”
Rashed Ali Al Ansari, General Manager Al Ansari Exchange said, “We are delighted to partner with Aramex to facilitate this innovative and convenient solution closer to the consumers. We are confident that this collaboration will add value to clients of both organisations and will emerge as a popular service here in the UAE.”
Aramex Express Box is now available in 14 of Al Ansari Exchange’s branches across Dubai and Sharjah in the UAE.
