Amansa Holdings buys stake in Gateway Distriparks


Sources suggest that Singapore-based KSP Logistics, a shareholder of India-based logistics firm Gateway Distriparks, has divested its entire 3.38% in the company for around Rs123 crore, approximately $19.4m, through an open market transaction.

The company has sold 3.67m equity shares in Gateway Distriparks at a price of Rs335.01 per share. With the sale, KSP Logistics has completely exited Gateway Distriparks.

Singapore-based hedge fund Amansa Holdings purchased the stake. Amansa Capital, which invests through Amansa Holdings, is a fund management company. It focuses on midcap firms in India and its portfolio includes Eicher Motors, DB Corp, Whirlpool, Greaves Cotton, Blue Star and Edelweiss Capital.
