CEVA appoints Tom Jones as automotive SVP North America


CEVA Logistics announced that it has appointed Tom Jones as Senior Vice President Automotive Operations, North America.

Jones joins CEVA after a 25 year career at Ryder where he most recently served as Senior Vice President Supply Chain Solutions with responsibility for the company’s automotive, high tech, retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. During his tenure there he had responsibility for Logistics which included the management of the flow of goods from acquisition to raw materials and the delivery of finished products.
 
In his new role he will be leading CEVA’s automotive operations across North America and will be based from the company’s Southfield, Michigan, office in the US. He will report directly to the Executive Vice President Contract Logistics, North America, Steve Gundlach.

Gundlach said, “I am excited to have Tom, with all his considerable experience, join the CEVA team. His skills and understanding of the automotive industry will be important to our continued success and leadership in the sector.”
